Default JS Row

I had never heard of a JS Rows, only Pendlay Rows, until I browsed this forum. I recall someone mentioning that it requires lifting from floor for each rep. I tried searching internet and didn't find much and a search here led to numerous hits most of which were logs of individuals doing the exercises.

Any more info on the JS Row. How to do it properly? What does JS stand for?

they are pretty much the same thing. explosive movement from the floor...and then letting it rest on the floor before the next rep, so it comes from a dead stop.
