Default Jump rope

Can anyone give me an example of a good HIIT rope skipping workout like times i was thiking 30 on 30 off but im not sure yet

if you mean 30 seconds fast and 30 seconds slow then that's fine. if you want start with 120 seconds slow and 30 seconds fast and every week take off 20-30 seconds off the slow part till you reach 30/30.
