As soon as you wake up, throw on some clothes, eat nothing, and go for your walk.

jump rope no rope would that be just jumping up and down or would u move ur wrists in the motion you would if you had a rope.
|
i would think moving your wrist in the motion would be good....just so you can regulate when to jump.

when i want to switch up my cardio i throw in some jump rope. I usually do it hiit style. I jump rope as hard as possible for a minute, then rest for 30 to 45 seconds, then repeat. 15 to 20 of those and i'm spent

I Have an odd habbit i got myself into, it started because i was realy tired after doning a set of weighted crunches and needed a break, so i started streching something for 30 seconds inbetween each set of situps cruches ect.that day and found it realy gave me a good full body strech by the time I was done with mysit-ups that day so i contiued to do it.
J/w what others think of that, is it good to strech inbetween sit-up sets? |

And yes you dont need the rope..The only need for the rope is to make sure you keep your speed at a constant because after it starts going you can slow it down unless you stop it/restart... I would say 100 to 200 would do... Bout 15-30 minutes if that... |
