Yeah im kind of like a stick but i do have some muscle
I'm 5'8 and i weigh 119 so you can tell how skinny I am
But just some quick questions about body building
I just bought some creatine today and I already have a lot of whey
On the creatine thing it says to take it before i work out
and i've always take whey after the work out.
Should i take protein shakes or creatine any other time of the day?
Because on the creatien it says for maintence take it 1-2 times a day and for building it says take 4-5 times a day
BTW I usually wake up at 5:50 and eat a good breakfast
eat a solid lunch at 10:30
eat a late lunch/ dinner at 3
and work out from around 4-5
take whey 15 minutes after workout
and eat dinner around 7
BTW if i work out 2 muscles a day would this work good
Back and biceps
Shoulders and forearms
Chest and triceps
Legs
And then repeat..
