Default kinda a training question...

(sorry if this is the wrong thread)

ok i weight train about 5 to 6 days a week and do cardio about 3 days a week and ive started taking creatine but ive heard if you workout to much with creatine you gain less size i heard you have to workout one day and do just cardio the next is this true?? cause that means ill have to weight train less:(

I weight train 4 days a week and do cardio everyday
Although i just started back with serious cardio now that i have a punching. Im not much of a runner or biker type. Hitting the bag is my style.
I do 5 3 minute rds of shadow boxing then 5 2 minute rds on the bag. After i work out i do 1 more rd of 5 mins on the bag.
And gaining weight or loaaing weight is all about your diet man.
