i have just started really getting into squating . i work out at home and just finished the final welds on my squat rack. i dont have the best knees do to injury from another sport and i hear all kinds of bad things about knee wraps keeping your knees week but what if i used something lighter like elastic bandages just to keep the heat in the knees juring a woorkout? would this still be counter productive
