I'm suffering from a bad cold, chest cough thing. I'll try it again when I'm healthy and don't feel so weak. I can't let you guys show me up . But just the once to see what I can do, lol.

If I don't do well I can always challenge you guys to a pull-up contest to salve my pride. Ok, maybe not Dave. He's some kind of cyborg.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

question? would it be the lowerback muscles being worked while doing this. or is this more of a full body type of movement

^^^ it looks more of hip-dominant exercise. but mostly full body i guess. it is after all, a squat variant.

Yeah, definitely mostly about hip drive as far as the initial movement. And mostly glutes. But to recieve the weight like that is going to require great strength in every part of the body, that's for sure and that would seem to focus on reactive decelleration/stabilization. Don't think because you can squat a lot you are ready for this!
