Default Knock-kneed, is there any way of training to get rid of this?

Hi there,

First post, did a search and didn't find too much on it. Was wondering if there is anyway to correct being knock-kneed through training?

I used to play hockey and it seems that my outside thigh muscles are really strong and that I might have developed this through overtraining one part of my legs. Is this reperable?

Thanks for any response,
