Thumbs up The Body is cyclic

Hey welcome to the human race. We all go through it, one time or another; we are geeked to hit he gym for awhile then we hit rock bottom an almost hate the idea of going to the gym. If anyone that has been traing for years says they havent gone through this, they are full of good ole shit.

When I hit the wall, I basically change gears and take a week or so off. Get into another hobby or anything that takes your mind to another plain of thought. Remember the brain is just as virtal as your quads or lats to train with.

Usually mother nature will take care of itself. One day you will be glancing at a muscle magazine and boom you will be cranked up to hit that pile like gang busters.

I often find just talking to anothe lifter lifts my spirits or maybe a new copy of FLex will stoke my fire. I also love a good training or contest video.

Good Luck
