Yo, I'm not that physically active but I want to be stronger than I am now. Right now I'm really weak and can't even do a pull up, I would prefer to do exercise at home because I have nobody to go with me to the gym and going alone isn't very motivating.
At home I have 2x 10kg dumbbells and I was thinking what exercises I can do to have more strength in my arms? My chest/etc isn't as lean but for now I don't worry about that, I just want strength in my arms.
