I'm looking forward to it because I have a lot of stuff I want to discuss in regards to CNS strain.

I've kept up with legs, and I have dedicated a day out of the week entirely to cardio, which will last a total of about an hour. That should help my endurance, and to lower excess bodyfat, so I won't have to lift as heavy, and I can do more reps. I did actual squats-not leg presses-and I feel good. I had avoided them, because they make my upper back-where the bar rests-hurt. I got a pad, and I was good! Wish me luck.

Did it bruise you? If so, that goes away after a week or so and you'll never feel it again unless you take a LONG break from the gym.

Keep a good breathing tempo.
What do you win if you perform the msot reps?

Did the bar bruise me? No. You know, Otis, at times, especially on actual, free-weight squats, breathing is a little hard for me, since my torso gets in between my legs, and compresses my lungs a bit. I try to keep my head up a bit higher, though, which has helped a good amount. As far as the prize, the winner gets the cutie (male or female, depending on what sex the winner is) behind the desk Actually, I don't know. It has been a huge motivational factor for me.

i honestly dont think you should try to do to much endurance work. i think if you do to much your body may not repair itself in time for the competition.
i did 10x10 squats with 245 before on a monday and my legs where still killing me on that saturday and didnt feel better till i got a deep tissue massage. and the next monday when i went to lift again my legs were still hurting. and thats not even a crazy amount of weight.
so im just saying do some endurance work but dont overdue it, because you might mess yourself up

Like I said before, I'm not sure how much you will gain from two weeks of training. In my mind the most likely result from trying to do something to improve is that you will do something different, something you are not used to, too much of something and then all you get are soreness and the beginnings of overuse injuries or overreaching that will cause less performance.
