Yeah. Look at the last paragraph I added. Apparently instead of maximum overload (sounds like a Stephen King book) he has discovered his holy grail: progressive overload! Duh...

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Some of the Jedi who are more vocal than most, having written many passionate articles or books on their own cute little variants of the old Jones theory, bear mention. How they refer to each other as "Jedi" (which, I'm assured, means "priest") is yet more proof that HIT is a Pagan religion. I must say, however, I admire their zeal for lifting (albeit at a sub-par level)!
I love this quote. That is exactly what I was talking about although I was kinda comparing it to Scientology.

You know, why does every one of your posts start off with you squatting 1,000 lbs or pressing 365?..Then saying noone has 20 years experience so only I'm right! Dude, my lifts are right up there with yours and the funny part is..I do have a third as much volume as you and in half the years! And I haven't tried to gain strength neither. So maybe you could stand to learn your fill from guys like us as well!

I don't doubt your knowledge, and you certainly don't need to leave all your stats to start every post neither.

More like you HIT a funny bone. But as expected, that's the end of that. You can't refute what we say or back up what you say so you try to imply that we didn't come by our opinion "righteously".

Ok, here's one I picked up from you:

Go to failure..Curl and squat..Don't disagree with me! I have 20+ years experience and I can squat like a forklift.

how's this:

Hey guys, I just benched 600 lbs on the smith machine the other day and I've got a question. What do you guys think about doing bench in the smith?

I'll stick to cut and pasting because:

* it's from guys more knowledgable than us..Who don't guage workouts by neither "feel" nor "soreness"..I think it would do you some good to pop a squat in the bookstore and learn weightlifting isn't about "feel".

No offense of course..I like being "sassy".

And with that I'm off to write an article on "curls".

Make sure you have your belt on though. Wouldn't want to pop something else.
