This is insane, sleeper I agree that you need to find what works for you best. but you have got to be kidding with some of this.

yeah I quoted myself, how about that. Say what you will, but when someone provides solid evidence on an issue, refuting it with "oh I hit a nerve" or "i've been lifting for 20yrs" wont get you too far. I know plenty of guys who have been lifting for 20yrs and are fat, old, and 'kinda strong' ... that doesnt do much for me.

Short and sweet. They key is variation when it comes to training. Plain and simple or as unstable always says. "Just smash some F&#*ing weights.

I didnt realize so many people read my sig .... I just hate when people post and have a fuckin book for a sig, its gotta be short and to the point.
