Well you could be right. I mean people can screw up form between one side and another using dumbells so that definitely needs to be consdered. Form is always one of the first things to consider...I couldn't agree more. It's probably easier to even out things in this way with barbells sans weird cheating movments...I mean it's more obvious to most people when they are cheating with bb's than with db's on one side or something...but you're right, Ross, good thought.
