Arrow Lookin for a good shoulder workout

can anybody recommend a good shoulder routine. Im doin good on everyother part of my body its just on shoulder day I suck. Im lookin to really hit the front and sides of my shoulders. Thanks

heres sum
seated and standing dumbbell press
barbell press
dumbbell raises

My routine consists of seated dumbbell press, standing front raises, seated side raises, shruges, and dips.

That's enough workout, just go up on the weight.

bent over laterals (seated, standing, cable) will work those rear delts!
