I will be starting my mass building program soon and i was wondering if I should add any cardio and if so how much? I've read the stickies and I like the HIT training.Has anyone had success with it?

It's fine to do some cardio while building mass, but you may have to cut back on it a bit or eat extra calories to compensate for what you are burning in the cardio.

I really like the 400m sprints. I'm gonna try that for a month or 2 and see how it works out. A little side not though I was at a party and some drunk dude decides im not his friend and cracks me across my skull with a full can of beer that had not been opened. Might set my training back a bit now because of some douchebag.
