Default Looking for some helpful advice

I work shift work...this makes coming up with a certain routine for bulking and just trying to add mainly lean muscle a problem. Trying to come up with some kind of plan as far as meal planning and workout program. Any advice would be great..Im open to any and all input.. Right now I basically am doing full body workout every other day( Mon-Wed-Fri) with a little cardio each day before breakfast..and just cardio on (Tues-Thurs-Sat) and off on day on Sun. Thanks in advance for all the advice!!

Like I said I work shift so I might not be able to respond to you all right away, but I will as soon as I can...

Trying to bulk with 3 cardio-only days...Cut down on the cardio, get your nutritional needs in check, and go with a proven workout program (5x5, HST, etc.)

forget cardio or if you want,do it for 20 minutes no more.
and try an upper lower if you want a split.
personally i prefer full body, but thats my opinion nothing more..
