Default Losing fat and gaining mass

Look i know that losing fat and gaining mass aint the best thing due to the fact that you need those extra calories to gain that mass. But i was thinking if i do my cardio and eat less but go heavy on all those compounds, squat, bench, pullovers, chin ups ...etc.Then maybe the great amount of HGH(Human growth hormones) might make it possible for me to gain some mass.I just wanted to know the number of reps, exercises and what kind of cardio like HIIT. Thank you
