Why do people jump to a supplement without trying the basic and cheapest thing to do first. Like Dr X and I suggested, stretching? Or considering form or weakpoints? It seems everyone wants a quick fix. I'm just honestly perplexed by this.

The tarine as far as I know is a trend to help the painful lower back "pumps" that some people get on certain ph's. Big at Anabolic Minds. If the lab rats over there spend as much time perfecting their squats and deadlifts as they do considering the effects of single aminos, there must be some monsters there.

I'm not downing Taurine. Anyone who wants to supplement it, more power to you. It's conditionally essential after all and I can see where bodybuilders might need extra. But feeding ourselve supplements in some kind of self treatment is a lot like feeding ourselves drugs for an undiagnosed illness. The first thing to consider is, what's going on, not, what should I take.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

The problem with me, was I was taking Trac for my creatine (someone gave it to me) and it had some NO crap in it. I didn't think anything of it since I was just taking it for the "free" creatine. Plus, it's kinda tasty.

Once I stopped taking it, problem solved. Now I just use my regular ol' CEE powder.

Hey, sorry, Brad, I missed your responce to my rant . Well, that's exactly the sort of thing I'm talking about. Not only was another supplement not necessary you took one away. Thanks for confirming my point .

Not that I need to be right ;)
