Default Lower bicep help

Hey guys, i have an issue with my biceps. Currently it seems like my biceps on each arm is shaped differently. My right bicep is big seems to be build all the way down to where the muscle meets the elbow. My left bicep on the other hand is different. On the left the upper bicep is build nicely and the lower looks undeveloped, so much that it looks nice by the shoulder and then further down the arm it looks almost flat by where the muscle meets the elbow. How did this happen? How do I fix this? It has frustrated me for a while and I want to know what exercises to do to isolate my lower bicep to build it the right way.

Any answers?

There's no exercise that changes the shape of your muscle. Just sounds like it's a genetic issue. I would just keep lifting and eating and not really worry about what you can't control

What CC said is probably true, probably genetics. To hit the lower part of your bicep, make sure you're hitting the full range of motion. I don't know your background or anything, but alot of guys don't fully extend on things like curls. A good way to make sure you're extending is to flex your tricep at the bottom of your curl movement.

I would say just try to grow them as much as you can and they should mostly even out as they fill in. If it's genetic then you will likely always have at least some inbalance.

Another factor that may be something to look at is your job. Do you use one arm more than the other at your job? Just a thought, keep an eye open to that. If so, try to alternate if you can.

you will obviously have to change your routine putting emphasis on the smaller arm. while most people do not recommend this, i think doing it short term will be helpful aesthetically. slowly build up more weight with your left, working in short bursts.
