Six weeks ago i`ve started intermediate version of 5x5 !!
First week:
Squat: 66 lbs; 71,5; 77; 88; 93,5 (i don´t have a power rack in my gym, i`ve been doing in smith machine! Exercise it`s different because i`m literally "seated" in the air, lol !)
Bench press: 82,5; 88; 99; 104,5; 115,5
Seated row: 66; 77; 88; 99; 110
Deadlift: 82,5; 88; 93,5; 99
After six weeks:
Squat: 93,5; 99; 104,5; 115,5; 121
Bench press: 110; 115,5; 126,5; 132; 143
Seated row: 110; 121; 132; 143; 154
Deadlift: 121; 126,5; 132; 143
Weight of the bars it`s not included!
1) What do you think about my progression ?
2) Should i calculate new 5 MR`s ou increase the weight of sixth week ?
3) Intermediate version should be used for how many weeks ?
