I would just like to say that this thread is fuckin ridiculous.
Jazon you are wrong, the pectoralis is one muscle, it has one section. It can only be worked as a unit, you cannot isolate within it. The purpose of incline, flat and decline bench is to provide different angles to attack your chest and thus different stimulii. Although you feel a difference in your chest it is not translating into 'building muscle in different sections'. Its a common misconception.
