Cool

A Round of applause people to Senital who has taken the time to stupidly paste all my recent post "AND HE SAYS I AM CHILDISH" just trying to make fun of me well done mate we are all laughing.

Firstly i am not racist , i was just answering back to what for you was stupid, which for me is not and i believe many people here still believe that training incline and normal bench will hit top in one and the center and lower on the other. You believe its not like that and i think your stupid believing that "SO what we are talking is about stupidity thats what i thought of that channel cause i have it were i live and to tell you the truth i think most of what they show is rather stupid mate. so before you try and get people against me get your fucking facts right first.stupid

Secondly : Are you supposed to know everything before you start giving out advice like you do. you what you wrote;oh really? it WORKS like that, huh? please tell me how u work ONLY the upper chest and not the lower chest. I will tell you the secret to that answer not the one you missed paste ,doing incline work will hit the top and not the bottom

another stupid comment"the center of ur chest has a bone. the sternum. excluding that, didnt u just say that there is only upper and lower? where does center fit into this?
The center of the muscle this is a muscle forum not a bone forum

well not going to spend any more of my time answering to Mr know it all "The Sinoitall" if i have cause any hard feeling s well sorry mate but you pinched me

I take loads of comments from people hitting me hard on comments guiding me through the best path they believe and No one has insulted until you came along so that was my response ,I Dont take insults from people and especially those who think they know it all and its there way or no way

Well cheers
