Look im not trying to isolate anything, there are two trains of thought. One is that doing incline decline and flat bench presses works different parts of the chest. Btw i think this is incorrect. I just want to see the evidence that proves this, and im sure theres loads of it out there, im just having a hard time finding it...

Or maybe there is no evidence because its a bodybuilding myth based on nothing more than the angle of the bench and where the barbell (or dumbbell) touches the pec. Toss in a bit of perceived contraction and forward shoulder movement too.

ps: if you really want to work the pec minor you should be in the pool more often
