think whatever you want but I've studied the book and found that there are exercises to target certain areas of the pectorals and that they work.

OK, I would love to see this book. What is the title, author and edition? I want to see if there is actual scientific fact/ research or it's just another juice head that is trying to make money by putting the word "anatomy" in it making it sound legit.

I'd like to know how you figure out what works and what doesn't. I've done Flat Bench (BB) and DB Bench/Flyes for the majority of my chest work and I'm not lacking in the chest department. How do you explain that when I've only been working chest from one angle?
