Default mass split for natural bb

i want to train with this split for mass
1 back
2 off
3 chest
4 off
5 legs calves
4 off
5 off
6 arms
7 off
8 shoulders abs traps
9 off
10 start again

how many sets per bodypart and how many reps for a natural bodybuider

read the stickies. what do the numbers represent? day 1, day 2 ect...? if so that is a terrible routine

Your body parts are getting worked once every 1.5weeks... I don't think anything about that is optimal.

What are your stats?

Height/weight?

BF%?

Experience?

Do you have your diet in line?
