Default Sry I Havent Been On. No Training Here...

Well I dont believe I will be training anytime in the next month. I screwed my back up at football last monday putting me in the hospital for 8 -9 hours... I got the x-ray results I have bad scliosis+ my t-8 vertibet is missing about an inch worth of bone. We still dont understand why im in so much pain (I cant even job or shot a basketball).

So we are doing a fluid MRI soon. I dont believe the news is going to come out good at all. I have a really bad feeling somethings wrong. I WAS STARTING TO and if I can get back in a week or so Ill probley still have my spot.

No creatine.NO NOTHING. cant even do a crunch.

Sucks man, just hope for the best and focus on your health problem. There are some things more serious than not being able to lift a few weights.

:( wow, I'm sorry to hear about that. I had some back problems in the past that, I broke one of the vertebra in my back and was out for a while. I feel for you. just try and keep positive, and if you have to go into surgery make sure they give you a hot nurse. ;)

Man dont even say that. Ive always been scared of surgery. I just cant picture being out of it and being ripped apart. Im so scared its going to come to that. I tried to shot a basketball yesterday and I was on my knees in pain. Its hurting halfway when just walking around and major pain when in any activity I cant jump at all.

Im so worried and everything is getting F***** in life because of it. Im on so many meds and all these honors classes. Man this sucks. I gotta go get a fluid MRI next week hopefully.
