Default Max-OT Cardio

If running 3 miles a day or trying a high rep/less weight workout isn't working out to shed fat, maybe you should give this a go...

It makes sense. All high reps and less weight does is eat your muscles away. The same with jogging 3 or 4 miles a day. Trust me, being in the infantry in the Marine Corps I had no choice but to do this for four years. My muscle mass suffered. Here's a good example:

Stand a sprinter next to a distance runner. The runner is alot skinnier while the sprinter is yolked. Short powerful bursts of speed will speed up metabolism while not eating away your muscles. I'm not saying that distance jogging doesn't work, just that it isn't optimal to keep your mass.

I just signed up and read that Yesterday. It looks pretty good to me. I'll be doing it tomorrow.

16 minutes and out. Sweet!

Just make sure that you do it either 8 hrs. before or after your workout. If you don't, you'll sacrifice your gains...

Thanks for the link. I just started my Max-OT today. It looked like a solid program, and I need something more structured this round. So 3-4 moths it is for me.

I did legs tonight. I felt DAMN good, I am looking forward to first week. I had to go down some steps after the workout, and I am already sore, tomorrow will be fun. My max cardio will have to wait a day. I will do cardio in the morning, work, then home to workout.

Today I did a warm up of jumping jacks and wall squats to get blood pumpin, then did 225, too easy, them 275, too easy, ended up doing 315. Which is probably 215 or so to you guys. I only have a smith rack.

Im looking forward ot solid gains.
