Default maximize workout

For the past year, I have been lifting off and on. For the past three months, I've been working out hard and seeing great results. I want to maximize my workout. Gain the greatest amount of strength w/ gaining the least amount of fat. Will jogging ten minutes two or three times a week help with keeping off the fat and keep my gains. I know my diet is very important. I'm looking for other suggestions too. Also i know about cycles.

Moderate cardio is a good way to keep fat gains at bay, just dont overdo it. I would say ten minutes isnt too bad a few times a week, and if you start to see chub you can always up it.

Moderate cardio will help keep the flab off, but no more than 20-30 minutes 3 times a week or your hard earned gains could be in jeopardy. What does your routine and diet look like now? 311 gave good advice on nutrition and I would add to make sure that your supplementation (if any) is good to go. Good luck on meeting your goals.
