Default measuring

alright, i was wondering. id like to measure myself in a few places but im not sure which ones. id like to know wich spots you measure yourself in order to keep a record of your size gains. all i can think of are these.

biceps
chest
waist
thigh
calf
neck

let me know if thre are any other important measurements to take that im missing. thanks.

height: 5'9"
weight: 198bs
bench 1RM: 275
parallel squat 1RM: 385
deadlift 1RM: N/A
hang clean 1RM: N/A

i wish i could live on crack and protien shakes...

I can think of one but unfortunately weights don't help in that area.

yea they do, get a 2.5 plate and go into the bathroom. do dink lifts. someones actually gunna do that.

idk if i should add it to the rippetoes. but ill give it a shot.im always looking for new lifts. although people will be wondering why im bringing a 45 into the lockerroom.

Thats a pretty comprehensive list. You can also measure arms flexed and relaxed. Forearms...

I used to measure the basics but cant be bothered anymore. Maybe once every couple months is a good time frame.
