Cool Mft28 !!!!

Hi all,

Recently many guys in my gym start this program all of them have different goals but working on same program.
Its MFT28 by Greg plitt (R.I.P).

As far as i understand this workout plan is for endurance. But guys in my gym are using this program for weight lose and for lean muscle.

Can anyone please tell me what this workout is all about and can we achieve our goal as losing weight and gain muscle at the same time with this program ?

Please help ... any support much appreciated.

Default Mft28 !!!!

I have not tried it myself but it is a 28 day program with weight training twice a day. It splits are heavy weights in the morning and lower weights and high reps in the afternoon. The nutrition consists of 5 meals a day of which only 1 is a solid meal the rest are all liquid. Greg Plitt is known to be supported by supplement companies but the ones he recommends are whey, casein, creatine, HMB, multi, fish oil, and glutamine.
In terms of achieving your goal any method that gives a suitable diet and workout regime can work. Some people I’ve seen online have had good results but you should ask those that are already on it or have done it to find out first hand.
