Mid back strengthening
Anyone know of any good middle back strengthening lifts or exercises? Just found out I've got thoracic disc disease (middle back degeneration) and I'm trying to find some way to strengthen my back and/or my core.
A good excercise to strengthen the area is to lay face down on a bench, grab some dumbells and lift them up to your side. Elbows slightly bent. It's a light excercise but will make a big differece.
