isnt that guy in the first video using his lower back in that movement too which is bad since all you want to use is your lats?

As for using low weights in the clip, the guy is doing that for demonstration purposes; I'm sure he can lift more than that.. But what really bothers me is: why is he doing everything without a shirt? (All the clips on the site, he is shirtless) In black & white and the choppys .gif's make all the exercises really spooky.
