couldn't agree more! So many people think it's just about being obsessed with how you look, for some that may be true, but for me and many others it's more. Coming up to 8 weeks out of a competition, ill spend a lot of time in front of the mirror practicing my poses. It is all about the mind-muscle connection. Bodybuilders who are lucky enough to master that skill know how important it is.
No harm in mirin' yourself a little ;)

Same here. There is absolutely nothing wrong with flexing and checking yourself out in the mirror. It gives will give you an idea which muscles needs more work and definition.

The mirror should should be used as motivation to grow further rather then seeing yourself in the current state
