just make sure u dont train your obliques with weights...i heard it can make your waist line bigger unless this is what u wanna do?

i just take a bar put it on my shoulders and then turn to the side and tense them...thats what it says in the arnold book so i just follow him its effective but u have to squeeze them hard many times

Actually it's called the "oblique" machine. Your upper body stays in place while your lower body swings from side to side. After a certain amount of weight, it starts to hurt your ribs.

I have been on machines that work just the opposite. The bottom is stationary while the top rotates from left to right.

I use that machine too 311, but u said u are from orange county so u use a machine. It was one of my vein attempts to poke fun of u
