I broke my right elbow a month ago and now I have my cast off and have just started exercises to get my full flextion and range of motion back. Problem is the last three years I've been into my workouts faithfully and now my right arm is noticabely smaller than my left. It's bugging the crap out of me even though there's not much I can do at this point. Does anybody know how I can get my right arm symmetrical with my left now that I have this problem. I don't want to work the left until the right matches or am I incorrect in my assumptions? Advice Please
