They should just even out naturally over time. The larger arm supposedly should get less work anyway since the smaller arm will be closer to failing first.
If they were the same size before they'll be the same size again. I wouldn't worry about it.
Not working your left arm would be, imo, a mistake. Some people try to use dumbells and work the weaker arm first. I think it is just as well to use a barbell. Concentrate on keeping the bar parallel as you move it. Don't let the weak arm lag behind. Should be fine.
Also, keep in mind that people who never touch weights break their arms too, and they don't end up with noticeably different sized arms (unless they have an occupation that causes this). Should even out even faster, I should think, for you.
