This may be useful for those looking for some different routines or a beginner routine. This is my current workout schedule.
Daily Workout, this is sort of a daily maintenence workout and takes about 35-40min. I work this one Sun-Fri. There is some variation so that it isn't always the same exact thing.
1. Leg Curls 3 Sets-20 Reps
2. Leg Extension 3 Sets-40 Reps
3. Lat Pull Down 3 Sets-20 Reps OR Reverse Lat Pull Down 3 Sets-20 Reps
4. Inclined Dumbell Press 3 Sets-20 Reps
5. Concentration Curl 3 Sets-12 Reps OR Hammer Curls 3 Sets-12 Reps
6. Dumbell Wrist Curl 3 Sets-20 Reps
7. Calf Raise 5 Sets-20 Reps
30 second rest between sets, except for calf raise a 15 sec. rest between sets.
The Calf Raise I do is is weightless and preformed on a stair or on 2 1" cap bricks.
Depending on the weather I will follow up in the evening with a cardio activity for 40 minutes; either walking or mowing the lawn.
If the weather is inclement I add an additional weight workout with 10# additional weight added.
