I'm far from an expert here, but -
What does your workout look like?
What are you eating, usually?

As long as you get in all your calories it shouldn't matter. Lot's of people do shift work. Work nights and sleep all day. I'm assuming that your talking about work and not because your parting then hitting McDonalds after.

Try to pack lunches if you can, prepare them the night before and take it with you. A big jug of protein shake won't hurt. Try to get in the regular meals if you can or you might be over eating during the nights?

What are your stats right now? how tall and how much do you weight? Eating enough calories and carbs?

Post Diet

Diet is the main reason. You must take proper diet for continuous growth. Count your calories and make a diet plan and take atleast 6 meal a day.

How high's your bodyfat? If you're carrying too much the shrinking arm could be from fat-loss in the upper arms. Extra fat is stored in the triceps-area with some people.

Of course, be sure you're not mistaking arm-pump for arm-growth.

We need to see what your routine looks like. How many days a week, what kind of exercises etc etc.
