I haven't had exercices for about 7 month and than started again. Now my muscles have been aching for 3 days now. I had a similar experiense befor but not as painful as I feel now. should I have rest till I feel no pains or go on training with light weights?

Keep training. That will help the soreness to go away.

keep trainign you wil get used to it. i would normally just lift for 2 or 3 days when you firts get back in the thick of things just to get the soreness out of the way. dont worry about it you will get used to it and it always seems like it was worst than the lats time. just stretch try to get a massage.

Your body isn't used to training. If you keep it up the soreness will steadily get less and less each time.

Pain is fear leaving the body.

Work through the pain. This happens to everyone. The best thing to do is just suck it up and hit the gym on a regular basis. The pain, unfortunately, will go away soon enough.
