Im the 13 year old kid with the problem if u have any tips on what i should eat every day and what i should do working out tell me

in order to give u any recommendations that are worth your time reading we need to know MUCH more. whats your problem? do u wanna cut down your body fat gain more muscle? where are u currently as far as weight? whats your diet like now?

im 5'9 180 lbs and i wanna turn that upper chest fat into muscle and i wanna gain some mucsle to

You can't turn fat into muscle. You need to get rid of the fat and train to gain muscle. Adjust your diet. For chest you can bench, incline, dips, flys but you need to train the whole body. If you get your diet in check and training routine down everthing will fall in place.
