Default Advise needed for amateur lifter

Hi I just joined, check introduction for life story :P

My goal is to lose body fat and build muscle at the same time.

my routine is

1

Mon- biceps triceps forearm abs

concentrated curls 10 reps 4 sets
hammer curls same

lying dumbell extensions same
one arm tricep extensions same

dumbell one arm wrist curls 1 set



2


bench press 10 reps 4 sets
dumbell flys same

bent over dumbell rows 10 reps 4 sets
one arm dumbell rows same

lateral raises 10 reps 4 sets
military presses same


I do 120 crunches every day.


I know ive neglected the legs thus far but from what I am doing have you any thoughts, good, bad or what.

My advice - look for a well-rounded workout plan, along with a well-balanced diet. You'll notice more results from your diet than you will in the gym!

Look on sites like this, bodybuilding.com, simplyshredded.com - tons of great articles and advice as well as workout plans to help you reach your goals!

Keep on looking at these forums as well, lots of great knowledge floating around!
