Default My New Body Fat Calculator: Please try and tell me if you get an accurate result

After some study I create my own Body Composition Calculator.
It looks like Scooby's Body Fat Calculator but the algorithm is way different.
Please, if you know what's your Body Fat Percentage or you have a good idea try it and tell me what result you get so I can make the calculator even more accurate! Every help would be GREAT, and very important for me!

You just have to download the file below (you must have Excel or similar to open it) and take, with a skinfold caliper, all the 3 measurement on the picture: http://cdn.scoobysworkshop.com/wp-conte … ations.jpg
Plus a fourth measurement, the "SIDE", you have to take it on the side of your belly, at the same height of your belly button (on the "love handles" we could say ). Then enter all the measurement in millimeters and your weight in kilograms and...tell me what you think about the result!
