Default This might be dumb question... but i've been wondering for a while....

What exactly is a seated row... can someone please explain the motions of it or give me a site that has pictures... thanks

There was something on the site about it not being coorect form, and then a counter argument as to why it wasn't that bad. However, they also added this one in, the straight back seated row:

That's the way I do the seated rows, the other mofo is very fat and doesnt look like he lifts much weight.
