Default My Situation

Well I'm one of those BS'n people who workout for 2 weeks or 3 months and end up not continuing after a while due to business. Fuck that in '09 I am really trying to stray from that and maintain a workout at least 4 times a week.

I'm 23.
Weigh 140
Height 5'9

and really eat when I want adn not the right way. I breeze through this forum before I joined and seen I need to start doing my squats and deadlifts and all that.

Get to the point now....
Well as you can see by my username I'm known as batman and the reason why is because well long story short story it's too the point that I have the logo tatted on my chest. I'm a slim dude sum what toned, but I want to live up to the batman toned. So how do I go about getting that killer six pack(Been told to eat mo and situps) but I want to know the real and main way to stick too. I want to weigh about 180 by the summer of '09 with a nice chest and biceps.

What do I have...
Well I have the perfect push-ups
The Bowflex dumbell set and bench that you can set at three different stands and that's it. I was thinking about getting iron pullup lift and that ab lift wateva chair that's $100(not sure if that's even worth it.) I sometime get back pains when I do situps so I need to know is that natural or I'm doing something wrong.

I only been lifting the bowflex dumbells really. Curls is 25 lb. really at the most. Bench press is at 35 lb. sumtimes 40 lb.s in each hand at the most. I think that's all I have for now until replies and questions come in.

Oh yeah and I have some supplements at home which I don't know if it;s bullshit or helping me out or what. When I'm home I will post the name of it I got them from GNC.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Your trainer talks shit. Like Pity said you need to read all the stickies in each thread. Once you've done this post your diet and training routine in the relevent forums and you'll recieve all the help tou need.

Happy reading

Gaining 40lb of muscle by summer time is not a reasonable goal. If you ate a ridiculous amount of calories you could maybe gain that much but you'd be pretty chunky. I think if you gained 10lb of lean mass by summer you'd be doing very well. Also, I think you're going to have to hit up a real gym or invest in some good old fashion bars and weights.

You definately need to read all the stickies as suggested.
