Your routine is working for you because of your training age. 2 years is relatively new to lifting. Things may be going good right now, but they will stop and you could end up setting yourself back because you've overtrained and haven't been training correctly.
You can take a look at some member journals for some examples. Something along the lines of bill star 5x5 or ripps starting strength would probably be a good way to start figuring out what you need to do. At this point a straight up linear progression setup might do the trick.
