its true a strong core is essential for compound lifts, but lets not forget that the abs do grow just like any other muscle, so hitting them as frequent and as hard as you do your chest or arms is a good idea. also, larger abs help you keep that "ripped" look even when bulking
Absolutely but all those exercises we mentioned...they will get you some nice abs..trust me
Heck, 5 or 6 janda situps will replace 50 crunches
