Default MySix day Split routine please need help !

I'm just looking for some feedback on this six day split

Mon: Chest
Tue: Legs
Wed: Back
Thu: Triceps
Fri: Biceps/Forearms
Sat: Shoulders
Sun: Rest

12 sets per day except more for legs and back. Please advice me if its good routine because i feel improvment but other said its only for advanced builders who already spend years i should stick with 2 muscle a day split program.

I would never recommend a six day split for anyone. A new lifter would do better with a full body routine. More advanced lifters can "graduate" to a basic upper/lower body split. Six day splits are for professional bodybuilders taking steroids.
