Default nauseous

started training again last couple days after 1 1/2 weeks off, took a break and picked up hours at work.

Either way after coming back Iv'e gone to my gym 5 times now and each time i only get a half hour workout in before feeling extremely nauseous and having to take a seat. Not sure if this is the problem but I haven't had my protein shakes since my break. Could I have low blood sugar? Sorry if this seems like a dumb question only been lifting hard for about 8 months.

How long is it between the last time you eat and when you go to the gym? are you taking any other supps? has this happened to you before?

It could be a blood sugar issue, when my blood sugar drops too low I get head spins and shit too. I'm not saying thats the problem, just that it could be.

Any other symptoms beside's nausea...like what hrdgain was saying? Lightheadedness, dizzyness, spots before you eyes?

Regardless, try sqatting down when it happens. I mean squatting and just being still, not getting under a barbell . That might help better than just sitting down.

I don't know if it's blood sugar. I guess it could be. It could also vasovagal syncope...changes in cardiac output and blood pressure (you can google it).

It's more than likely a temporary thing and will go away on it's on but it this continues and you have those other symptoms it would be worth going to the Doc. Make sure the heart is good.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

I'm gonna stick with low blood sugar at the moment. I ate a hearty meal and hit the gym for the second time today and found that I had no dizziness and I wasn't nauseous. I think ill just pick back up on my protein as well and make sure I stick firmly to my diet. Thanks for all the input I appreciate it.
