Default Need Advice

Hey guys I could really use your help with this. I am finishing up a paper for one of my classes and am having trouble with one of my essay questions. The deal is a trainer put this guy on a six month program to gain lean muscle...by the sixth month he had produced 14lbs. rather than the 10lb he hoped to put on over a year. The client wants to maintain his strength but how can he reduce some of that muscle mass? Did the trainer do something wrong? Im kinda stuck. Thanks.

Are you trying to get a personal training cert? That should be done on your own if that's the case.

Without being specific, he's got to reduce cals.
